Medical Assistance (MEDA)
  • 24/7 emergency medical assistance is provided by the MEDA team (doctors and nurses).
  • Location: Ground level, near the exit to the bus station.

  • Staff are trained to handle urgent and non-urgent medical situations.
  • Wheelchair assistance and special care services are also available.
Prayer and Meditation Rooms
  • Dedicated prayer rooms are available in both Pier A and Pier B.
  • Facilities are open to all religions and beliefs.
  • Spaces are available for Catholics, Muslims, Jews, Orthodox Christians, Protestants, and humanists.
  • Quiet and respectful environments for reflection and meditation.
  • Clearly signposted within the terminal.
 Business and Meeting Facilities
  • Modern meeting rooms and conference spaces are available for up to 600 participants.
  • Main locations: Regus Skyport Meeting Center and Sheraton Brussels Airport Hotel.
  • The Sheraton hotel is located directly opposite the terminal.
  • Shuttle services connect the airport with nearby hotels.
  • Some meeting areas are located airside (after security).
Smoking Areas
  • Smoking is prohibited inside the terminal except in designated smoking rooms.
  • Smoking areas are located airside only.
  • Pier B: near Gate B17.
  • Pier A: near Gate A63.
  • Smoking outside these areas is not allowed.
Lost & Found and Luggage Services
  • If you lose an item, you can report it via the airport’s Lost & Found service.
  • Items lost on board aircraft should be reported directly to the airline.
  • Luggage lockers are available for short-term and long-term storage.
  • Keep receipts and tags to help identify lost belongings.
  • Processing times may vary depending on where the item was lost.
